Oh Baby

Lately, I have been admiring my sweet baby. Watching him in my arms, as I feed him and spend time with him.

Here he is with Monkey, watching TV with me.

Alloooo

Something special happened today. My hubby called today, and I was chatting with him... when something special happened. Normally, when Papa calls, I put him on the speaker and allow Baby G to listen to his voice. But today I didn't. As I was talking, baby was cooing and making cute noises getting my attention. It sounded very much like "alloooo".

I guess he was trying to talk to his Papa. It was so sweet. As I placed the phone nearer to him, he kept saying "alloooo" over and over again. It's so adorable. My baby darling has just turned 3 months, he is off to head start.

A Jab For All Occasions

Taking your baby for a jab nowadays is so complicated. I recall with my two boys. The jabs required were pretty standard. But today, parents we bombarded with packages and options that may not be so easy to decide. Well that's for me at least.

It's been raining practically everyday now. So to be save, I called for a cab so that I would make the appointment on time.

This morning, I woke up my sleepy baby and told him of the jab he was to have.

He listened well.

I went on to tell him that it was a 5-in-1 jab, plus an oral medication for Rotavirus. He seemed a little stunned.

While we were waiting our turn at the clinic, we heard shrilling screams of babies getting jabbed. I was praying that it would go well for us, since I was alone and was nervous. Papa had always been by my side as we went for such checks with the other two. I just get very uncomfortable with syringes. By God's grace, he took the oral well and cried for a minute when the jab was given. Hurray!

Finally, it's over. We are so proud of you Baby G, for being do brave.

Baby G had been so needy lately, that I can hardly place him down.

Last night, it was pouring all the way. So Baby G had to expand his wardrobe.

Woke up this morning to a cool, rainy weather. Feeling all lazy, here are some lazy shots taken this morning.

"This is me showing you the thumb" (chuckle, chuckle)

When I have to use the washroom, I place a barrier around Baby G with pillows. But apparently, he has found a way to get through it.

Here he is using his head!

An getting through it already. This boy is fast. He is barely 3 months, but is displaying his budding personality already.
