A Beautiful Surprise

This evening, I got a special surprise from my hubby who is away on a job. It was such a wonderful gesture. Truly, it is the little special things like this, that makes one feel loved.It had been a tiring time for me lately, with Baby G added into the mix. Papa G being called away at work most of the time, didn't help either. But a bouquet of red roses, tells me that he cares and appreciated me.

Ivan 13th Birthday In School

This year Ivan had a good birthday in school. I really wanted to do something more or Ivan. Like pack party packs for his classmates. But due to my overloaded mind, I just didn't have enough time.

Fortunately, Ivan is blessed with wonderful teachers. Ivan's teachers were so kind to make it such a wonderful birthday for him.

Yes, it's a sure winner. My friends are great.

My First Book

Now that I have been blessed with being a homemaker, I plan to cease as much opportunities as I can. Where my kids are concern, Ivan took to books very well, as compared to Immanuel. So now with Baby G, I decided that I was going to start early. Very early. He is now 2 months and 2 weeks old. We has followed Ivan to the library and borrowed a book too. I got Baby G this book to start with. His very first library book.

I look forward to spending lots of time with my boys in the library. Now, when Ivan visits the library, he will have his little brother to accompany him.

A Smile For You

I have been bringing Baby G down to send and fetch Ivan from the school bus everyday. He still has not gotten used to the pram very much. So, I try to use it when we fetch Ivan in the afternoons. Today, Baby G is all smiles.

Not forgetting Monley, came along with us.

Ivan's Pre Birthday Celebration

This year Ivan turns 13. My baby is now a teenager... Papa G and I wanted to make it a special birthday for him, especially since last year he asked us for a cake. But since Papa has to leave for work soon, we decided to have a small intimate party just for Ivan.

This was Ivan's choice, a chocolate cake, and was super rich and yummy.

He iwas so happy with his cake and candle.

A present for the darling, guess what it is...

These are the lasts of the delivery of Lion King toys that Papa ordered from US. We saved the biggest box for his birthday. I am very sure that he is totally contented with his present.

Thai Express Lunch

Immanuel tool the day of from school today, due to the exhaustion from the camp he went to. Normally, according to practice at the Gomez's, it would be "Time Alone With Imnnauel" today. But now I have Baby G strapped on me everywhere I go. So we added a few more people, like Kiki and my sis.

Kiki sits as he wants my menu to look at.

Immanuel has an obsession for Soft Shell Crabs. thus the dish.

I have to be diligent and choose food that are easy for me to eat, when I am out. This is because I have Baby G strapped onto me, and that takes some skill to manage.

Ahh... the very missed Yom Yum Soup.

And what's a meal without dessert. Forgot to take a picture of Immanuel's dessert of Sweet Rice and Mango. It was a good lunch, with lots of conversation and good food. Me on the other hand, had to walk around with a cranky baby ho refused to let me eat.
